The housework thing I'm thinking not that would be evil. It is an awesome way to reprogram tour subconscious mind faster to make it easier to think on a higher plain. Although I've only ever seen it used on shows where the hypnotist used it more as comical relief I've known it had more important applications, such as helping some folk to quit certain habits like smoking.
