Why is a word that should be replaced with What or How. When presented with a challenge if you say what can I do to fix the issue, or How can I make this work for me you are approaching your challenge is a very productive manner. Or What can I do to make this work for me.

After you acknowledge the challenge with what can I do, or how can I do it then you can ask why is it the way it is and address the fix for the challenge. Only use why after you know you can fix the problem.
