5 Tools for a Successful Mind

Our subconscious mind is responsible for most of our reality and how we handle our lives, it is an important part of how we approach and make decisions everyday. Our subconscious mind is constructed and formed from all of our past experiences. Everything we have seen, heard, did or been exposed to in the past makes up what you believe today. Consider yourself lucky if your environment for the most part was a positive one. Many people have not been so lucky and were brought up in a very negative, vindictive environment, even when approached with a solution that there is a better way they still prefer to wallow in the negativity they know and love so well. Many of us have been consumed with allot of negativity in past experiences and choose to change. How to change you ask? Well the input needs to be altered that we are filling our subconscious mind with. Believe that all things are possible, because they are. Change your environment, don’t get discouraged learn to overcome adversity.

Here are 5 things that will help get you on track to success.

1.) Love Yourself
Use a mirror and talk to yourself, be convincing and know that you really love yourself as you right now. Improvements to such as losing weight should be addressed ( not as I’m fat and need to lose weight). But as I am excites that I’m getting even thinner. This places you in the realm of being thin already, you’re just going to improve what you already have. Speak or sing affirmations as you look yourself straight in the eye. Tell yourself that you are wonderful and successful and believe it. Forgive everything in your past, refuse to let your past to rule your life at all. Be happy and thankful for all you have and who you are right now.

2.) Visualization
Visualization is when you imagine something as real and possible in your mind. The vision you have is of what you desire. Intensify the vision until you not only know it is possible. Make your vision as clear as you can until you actually see it, know it is true and you own it.

3.) Affirmations
Affirmations are phrases stated in an inner conversation to yourself, you may want to speak them and include another sense, your hearing. Prime your subconscious to believe that your desire is true. Affirmations should be reaffirmed frequently to assure your subconscious mind that your desire is true. All things begin with thought. Change your thought and you change your life.

4.) Vision Board
In a high traffic area of your residence or if you spend excessive time at work and have a place create a vision board. I use a small cork board and post the real important things that I know are a reality in my life. The things I desire most I post and render as true in my life. I put the house, cars, computers, a million dollar bill, affirmations, a picture of the crowed of people I am to help and be of value to. All the things I know that I own I post on the board.

5.) Self Hypnosis
Study the art of self hypnosis to really get power behind knowing what you want and turning it into reality. There are some great teachers out there that you can learn from, I’m just lucky enough to have met Marshall Sylver and use some of his material. When it comes to hypnosis, self hypnosis, or nlp or anything in life you truly desire to learn don’t cheat yourself always.

It is important to realize that affirmations and subconscious reprogramming affect not only you on the inside but everything that surrounds you in life, expect change and you will see change.

Remember that we are talking about an attitude, a positive successful mental attitude will produce and position you in great places you have never dreamed of. Reprogramming our subconscious mind is a vital step to total changing our life as a whole.

The methods described above when implemented will drive you to a higher plain. Just believe and know that you possess the tools and abilities to achieve your desired results. Just know that you know, and expect results, be thankful for everything.
